Policies

Orders accepted over the phone or in-store. We do not offer online ordering. WE DO NOT “SHIP” furnishings. If you are located outside of our delivery area, due to exorbitant cost and potential damage, at this time we do not offer shipping. 

 

Most items purchased at Wood You Furniture are returnable for a refund as long as:

  • The item was in stock at the time of purchase
  • You have your sales receipt
  • The item is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased
  • No more than 14 days has elapsed from the date of purchase

*A 5% restocking fee will be charged on any items purchased with a credit or debit card

 

The following are non-refundable:

  • Special orders
  • Custom finishing
  • Modified pieces (such as adding locks, cutting shelves or drilling holes)
  • “Red Tag” or clearance items
  • Delivery or setup charges

 

Please note that if an item was purchased by cash or check, a refund check will be issued. All returns are subject to management approval. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us online or call our store.

 

Any custom service or modifying including custom staining and blending must be paid in full before service will be completed.

 

We reserve the right to sell any item left in the store after 30 days unless prior arrangements have been made. We will replace the item when you are ready to pick it up.
