Our History
Wood You of Anderson is a branch of the original Wood You family of stores. The Wood You brand, founded in Florida in 1977, grew throughout the southeast and became synonymous with quality, solid wood unfinished furnishings.
About Jennifer, Kevin and your Anderson store…
For 20+ years, Wood You of Anderson has been serving its Clemson-loving community from its 4134S Clemson Boulevard location. Husband and wife team, Kevin and Jennifer, bought the store from their long-time friends, Mike and Sarah, in 2019. Kevin had been helping-out with deliveries and Jennifer was known for her passion for home decor and design, so it seemed only natural, when the previous owners decided to retire and travel, to ask this power team to take over Wood You of Anderson.
We pride ourselves on helping people take their vision to the next level and showing them that truly anything is possible...
So many of our customers come in with a picture off Pinterest and say I want something “like this” and never realize most times we can give them something “just like that”. We’re not traditional, or modern, or shabby chic. We’ve got something for every style, because we know when it comes to our homes, it’s not one size fits all.
Our master finisher, David, can literally match to any finish imaginable, which makes what we do so much more fun because the possibilities are truly limitless.
